Welcome to the Alphila auction site. On this site you will find all kinds of stamps from the Netherlands, the former Dutch Territories, Germany and Austria. The other European regions are also represented.

Alphila is the auction part of the Postzegelparadijs, which mainly focusses on clients in the Netherlands. There you can find stamps, series and collections against fixed prices ! Furthermore, the layout of the site has changed completely and some changes are being made that will make it easier to use. This ensures that the site remains interesting. In the auction we have deliberately kept prices low to keep this hobby affordable for everyone. Stamps, series and batches are offered in various price ranges, and are always competitive.

Alphila is an initiative to get the philately back out of the slob and to keep collecting stamps being fun for everyone: it is about creating a nice collection with subjects or properties that other collections do not have (yet). You can, for example, specialize in theme, color, usage, perforation, paper type, cancellations, tax stamps, or, as far as I'm concerned, an archive of envelopes with the same surname. The collection now consists of pieces that are often for sale for a few tens, and which starts to form a beautiful whole with letters from the Netherlands, France, Trieste, Belgium, Italy, Germany and even Puorto Rico, all of them to the same address. If you have letters from the period 1860-1880 with Engelhardt as the sender or consignee (the "d" has disappeared from the name), please contact us. I would like to take the item from you, and if that is not possible, record it as a scan.
